On the IR web pages you can access dashboards, reports, and resources that address the most commonly asked questions about college enrollment and student success. Please review these sources and our Research Prioritization below before submitting an ad hoc request.

Research Prioritization

1. Mandatory college reporting and accreditation
2. Projects supporting institutional planning (e.g. Strategic Plan, enrollment management, student equity, program review, etc.)
3. Scheduled annual projects for evaluating campus programs and student support services
   (e.g. Tableau dashboards, surveys, grant reporting, etc.)
4. Internal ad hoc requests from the campus community in the order received
5. External ad hoc requests that have been approved by the superintendent/president

Urgent requests that receive approval from the President or a Vice-President may take precedence over this order of priority. The IR staff may exercise discretion to complete a small, ad hoc request out of order if the job is relatively easy to complete and doing so will not impact existing deadlines and commitments.
